I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in San Francisco where I meet with clients in-person, and I also work with clients throughout California, Nevada, and Florida. I work primarily with adults, creating a welcoming and affirming space to explore challenges related to relationships, sense of self, and developmental growth. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, helping you build the tools to navigate life’s complexities and connect more deeply with yourself and others.

My approach draws from evidence-based techniques, including psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory, and mindfulness, to help you better understand yourself and create lasting change. I have received relationship therapy training in the Developmental Model of Couples Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy, as well as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to support healing from trauma and other issues.
