Clinical orientation.

My clinical practice is integrative and draws from various theoretical orientations as determined by your needs. I use attachment theory as a base for understanding how we make sense of our experiences and how we relate to others. I offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help clients recover from trauma and other difficult life experiences.

I work with clients to navigate issues related to relationships, anxiety, trauma and personal development. I utilize a trauma-informed approach to therapy. While clients of all social identities are welcomed into my practice, I make a point to hold space for LGBTQIA+ clients who struggle disproportionately with mental health and relational issues due to cultural and societal challenges in their personal and professional lives, and I am deeply committed to working with this population to provide opportunities for greater healing and growth. I strive to offer a space free of judgment, where clients can feel supported in exploring and expressing all parts of themselves.
